Few months ago, it was bright, warm and comforting, the city was filled with noise and excitement, tranquility could hardly sleep or have a peaceful time. The olympics came to the city, vibrance of multiculturalism in all forms possible, it brought the world together into our city, great time, great fun an experience of a life time, a summer with an unusual twist. The whole city was lit up, a moment millions won’t forget shared memories, pictures taken, atmosphere buzzing.
Every good thing must come to an end its just the progressive and regressive cycle of nature, just like you eat but your still hungry, we are hungry for more moments like this, but at least we had a moment. The sun was out yesterday providing me the liberty of wandering around with less layer of fabric, but its unfortunate how it boarded a night flight yesterday, It would be gone for a while, The weather is feeling blue and cold once again.
This is the moment everyone keeps to themselves, when the streets are quiet before the night time, when the day switches off its light earlier than normal. A time of the year when layers upon layers of fabric are worn. Its winter and am shivering again, cold smoke emitting from my mouth, hands tucked firmly in my pocket, outdoor feels quite discomforting, only comfort would be, holding on to a mug filled with hot morning coffee. Its winter , that time of the year.
